At Haven Manor, we strive to reach our mission by:

• Supervision and personalized assistance in a pleasant, home-like environment that is safe, clean, and secure; keeping business & medical materials out of sight.
• Trained, caring staff that respect the rights, dignity, and privacy of others.
• Expecting staff to be honest, reliable, responsible, and accountable in all aspects of their job.
• Helping residents maintain as much pride and independence as possible by continuing previous relationships and keeping as mentally, spiritually, socially, & physically active as possible.
• Encouraging residents' families to be involved in our social functions and in developing the residents' plan of care.
